1960’s Vintage Kingston Acoustic Guitar. Made in Korea. If I have one weakness it is fixing up abused instruments. This old guitar came to me in pieces. It looked like it had been through a meatgrinder. Pieces of the fretboard binding were missing, there was no bridge or strings. There was paint overspray on everything. And all of the tuners were mismatched. I fabricated the little pieces to complete the fretboard binding, installed a new bridge and a nice matching set of tuners and set it up with Martin MA 140’s. This is a fantastic bang around the campfire guitar. It has scuffs, scratches, dings and dents all over. But it actually plays pretty well. Nice action. The intonation is a little off but not bad. You may want to offset the saddle at the b and g strings. It is a blast to play. And at this price you really don’t have to worry about banging it up. No case but will be shipped securely for safe travels. Please look closely at the photos and feel free to send me questions.
