1969 Harmony Sovereign/Barclay H1203

This guitar is in terrific shape for its age with a beautiful sunburst finish. You don't see many of these around. They are the same size as the Harmony H1203 model. They were made in Chicago by Harmony but branded with the Barclay name for certain distributorships. This is a ladder braced instrument with a spruce top and mahogany back and sides. Another excellent candidate for an x-brace conversion. I believe the guitar is all original. Very straight neck that plays great in lower register. A smidge over .125" at the 12th fret. At the very least, a neck re-set might be considered. A terrific looking instrument that I have been holding on to for a long time in hopes of having the conversion done. Would love to see it go to a good home. This guitar is too pretty and feels too good to go unplayed. Just under 15 1/4" lower bout. 11 1/2" upper bout. 1 3/4" nut width. Slightly bent D-string tuner.
