Description
Up for sale is a beautiful sounding and looking vintage Wilson classical guitar made by Japanese luthier/company Shinano in 1970s This is the concert model featuring solid spruce top and mahogany back and side in excellent condition. Shinano made a small number of guitars while working with Sada Yairi back in 1960-70s. So his guitar style is very similar to Sada Yairi's guitars in sound and look.Soundwise, this guitars has a good volume and very nice sound separation like most of the Yairi model 500 or higher guitars. The bass is very deep and sustaining, while the trebles are clear and projecting well. This guitar looks like it has been well played with some minor nail marks but still in excellent condition.
Full Disclosure
This guitar has been checked by a local luthier. There is no structural damage and repairs, no cracks and no binding separation...Everything is original. All the marks and scratches are very superficial. Nothing going deep into the wood. Those issues are so small and I will provide the close-up photos upon request. The string heights were set up very low at the previous player's preference.
