    Description

Up for sale is a beautiful sounding and looking vintage Yamaha classical guitar made in Taiwan in 1970s in excellent condition.  The Yamaha model G-220A at that time was one of the top popular model and budget friendly. It was 100% hand made in Japan before they out sourced their parts made in Korea, Taiwan and Indonesia in the 1980s. Sound wise, this guitars has a good volume and very nice sound separation like most of the high end Japanese guitar. The bass is very deep and sustaining, while the trebles are clear and projecting well. This guitar looks like it has been well played with very little or no nail marks and in excellent condition. Compared to the G-220 Nippon Gakki, this one has no differences.
    Full Disclosure
This guitar has been checked and re-set by a local luthier. There is no structural damage and repairs, no cracks and no binding separation...Everything is original.  All the marks and scratches are very superficial. Nothing going deep into the wood. Those issues are so small and I will provide the close-up photos upon request.  The string heights are set up for easy playing. For beginner player, the bone saddle may be lower for lower action, depending what type of strings will be installed.
