It is signed Nishiyama Toshihiko from Tsuchiyu, Fukushima.
It is a coffee cup and you pick a doll inside, you will see the child
in a swimming suits. It is very cute and I think this one is Shingata new style
kokeshi. It is fun and gives you smile.
It is only 2 inches tall.
It is new and still in a store pakcage.
