2 JAPANESE VINTAGE WOOD NODDER KOKESHI DOLLS PERSIMMON & CHESTNUT GIRLS !

These Japanese wood nodder kokeshi dolls measures just 3" high.  These kokeshi dolls represent persimmons and chestnuts by the shape and coloring of their heads, as well as the items painted on their aprons.  Persimmons and chestnuts are wildly popular food items in Japan in the autumn months.  They have very cute faces too!  Please see below for flaws.
This pair of kokeshi dolls is in good vintage condition - with some missing paint, worn varnish, and natural but uneven aging/shading/darkening of the wood - and would make a great addition to your growing collection.  White areas are camera glare.
Please remember that this is a vintage pair that may have minor imperfections, such as dust/dirt/dings/scratches/scuffs/age spots.
And please note the size of the dolls as the pictures may make them look larger than they actually are.
