    Description

    This auction is for a lovely pair of Japanese wood kokeshi dolls, and measures 5" high, while the black base measures 3.5" long by 1.5" wide.  On one kimono, the artist painted a Shrine and pagoda surrounded by pink cherry blossoms, and on the other kimono, he painted the Tokyo Tower.  Each kokeshi is wearing a silk cord tied in a bow.  There are no markings on the bottom.  Please see below for flaws.
    This pair of Japanese wood kokeshi dolls is in good vintage condition - hard to find many flaws
    - and they would make a good addition to your growing collection.  White areas are camera glare.
    Please remember that this is a vintage piece that may have minor imperfections, such as dust/dirt/dings/scratches/scuffs/age spots.
    And please note the size of this piece as the pictures may make it look larger than it actually is.
