How do I use it?
Opalescence PF 35 is used with custom bleaching trays from your dentist (not included).
Just fill each tray with a continuous line of whitening gel, taking care to aim the product toward the front side of the tray.
Insert the trays into your mouth, and tap them lightly so that they conform to the surfaces of your teeth. Leave your trays in for no more than 30 minutes when using Opalescence PF 35.
After 30 minutes, remove the trays, and wipe the excess gel off your teeth with a finger or dry toothbrush.
Do not brush your teeth with toothpaste. Rinse your mouth well, and be sure not to swallow any gel.
Finally, wash your trays, dry them well, and store them properly to keep them clean and protected. You're done!
Is it safe?
Yes! Opalescence PF 35 contains carbamide peroxide, a whitening agent that's been proven safe and effective.
The added potassium nitrate and fluoride work to improve the health of your teeth while you whiten.
