PERSONALIZTION is FREE- Email me in the message box. If no name is sent the toppers will read " Sweet 16 ".
SHIPPING- Ships in 3 business days, 4.25 for the first set.
RETURNS-
This is a custom order. If there is a mistake on our part we will gladly and quickly fix it. We will ask that you provide a picture of our mistake so we do not make the same mistake twice!
