  • Instrument: Ukulele
  • Body Style: Standard
  • Condition: Attractive ANTIQUE BANJO/UKELILI -24 laminated different colored wood pieces- I do not know just what type of wood[s] it is. My guess is early to mid 1900's. It needs proper strings. The off white inner circle appears to be cowhide. The back side, has traditional scroll cut design. The tuning pegs are in excellent condition and work properly. Please see the photos.Hi, it's a banjolele, and it's goat hide on these models not bovine.. Tuning is GCEA, and yep, plays exactly like a ukelele, because that's what it is!This is different though, in as much as its a 'journeymans' item, rather than an off-shelf model. It also has, if wanted, the space to fit 4 new pegs, whereas it can then be used as a ukelele, or strung up as a mandolin, or mandolele, don't all the different varieties make it fun in working what they are?I'd buy it, but it's wwaayy overpriced for what it is, and the condition it's in. And yup, I play and restore for my own collection.Hope that helps for

It has attractive alternating circular sun-burst design. On the inner cowhide. Some kind of a faint sketched design. Unsure just what it is or was going to be.
