Antique Japanese Emperor Gogatsu "Boy's Day" Doll on White Horse

This is truly a beautiful piece. The clothing of the doll is very detailed and beautiful. There is a makers mark on the head of the doll but I do not know maker. The base measures 20" x 11 1/4" by 1". The piece measures approx 22 1/4" tall and 16" wide and 11 1/4" deep.Please review condition description and pictures . I do not know age of piece.
