    Description

    Old woman and man stand before of a fence with gate, on top of black lacquer base.
    She wears a brown outer kimono with a brocade of white flowers over a red kimono, and holds a broom.
    He has a blue and red sleeveless jacket over a red kimono to with red sleeves.  He wears white trousers and holds a rake.
    The fence is made of twigs and has flowering plants in front of it, and is attached to a wooden panel that sits on top of the lacquer base.  Both dolls are pegged to base.
    Woman is 5 1/2" tall, man 5 3/4", gate 5 1/2".  Base is 10" long.
    Clothing has some age appropriate wear.
