Antique Patent 1904 BAUSCH & LOMB OPTICAL Co. Machine great for display in the collection. This is a heavy, well made piece of equipment. When you turn the flywheel the mech goes up and down. There is a clamp apparatus that holds something. I don't know what it really worked on. The footprint measures about 7 /2" X 8 1/2". Check out the photo's for condition
