She entered the Morioka Technical High School Design Department, she began painting her father's wood in 1998, and in 1999 she learned how to grind wood. I learned about. Her training began with an oval-shaped wood that would be part of the body of the zodiac doll, and she initially grinded many of them. She then started making kokeshi dolls. She graduated from the arts and culture course of the Faculty of Liberal Arts, Iwate University in 2003, and even after her marriage and childbirth, she grinds wood at her father's factory, and she continues to make various woodworking dolls including kokeshi dolls.
