Custom Made Left Side Weight System for Legend

I am offering for sale a custom made weight system for the Legend Chassis.
This is designed for running a Legend on an Oval track - the weights mount to the left side of the chassis opposite the motor. There is a bar that screws to the chassis through the lower "motor mount" oblong hole in the left chassis rail. One of the other three pieces screws to that bar allowing one to adjust the amount of weight and its position fore and aft on the bar. Each weight is chamfered on the leading edge so it doesn't catch the carpet (or other running surface). The flat head screw holes are properly countersunk and owing to the location of the motor mount hole on the side rail, none of these pieces end up lower than the bottom of the side rail.
I actually doubt anyone will bid on this. After all who would spend on a 0 car? But it is sitting unused, so I thought I'd offer the opportunity. Could I instead have started the bidding at 99 cents? Sure, but why bother even writing about it for 99 cents?
I've been asked if I would sell it for less than the listed starting bid.
Well, how about this: You can buy the brass I used to make this from McMaster-Carr for about plus shipping. That's less than the starting bid. As for making the weight out of that piece of brass, you can buy the milling machine I used new for 00.00 plus freight from Blue Ridge Machinery (used ones are less). Or you could get lucky and find a used Bridgeport Milling Machine for 00. I found a Bridgeport I could have bought for that price but it wouldn't fit in my cellar. Remember to get the collets drills, taps, and hardware for another or so. Maybe you can get one of those Chinese junk mini-mills for a couple hundred. Or you can just start with the brass and try making it with a file and a hand drill. Not sure how you would tap and countersink the holes with a file, though.
Would this be legal at your track? I don't know. We had no rules against bolt-on weights and so I made these bolt on weights and they helped a lot.

The pics showing the Legend car are just for illustration how the weights are installed and used.
