SUGGESTED USE:
1 capsule with water at the beginning of each meal (or open capsule and sprinkle over food). Do not sprinkle on hot food. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day.
INGREDIENTS:
Dibasic calcium phosphate, gelatin (capsule), stearic acid, silica, and magnesium stearate.
