The Montecito Tenor Acoustic-electric Ukulele from Fender is a well-balanced instrument inspired by the luxurious SoCal vibes of Montecito Beach. The tenor is a slight step up from smaller soprano and concert sizes, so it speaks with a slightly bigger voice and enhanced bass that make the most of this premium tonewood. A 19-fret walnut fingerboard offers slightly wider string spacing which makes the Montecito a good choice for fingerpicking, strumming, or artists with bigger hands and fingers. Plus, its neck is built from sturdy resonant nato wood, with a modern “C” profile for easy fretting in any position.
