This is a stunning collectible item and is also suitable for giving as a gift.
This is Mary, the 1993 First Holy Communion Doll, 14 ½", pristine/mint doll, original box, wrist card, certificate of authenticity, her own stand, and her own rosary beads with gold cross. She has not been played with. Her porcelain face is darling and wistful. This doll was the official communion doll authorized by the Catholic Daughters of the Americas. She has a magnificent dress of white voile sewn with ruffles, lace and a sheer two-tiered veil. It is from Franklin Heirloom/Franklin Mint and is by award winning artist Beth Mullins. Box was only opened just enough to do the photographs.
Doll is a brunette child with blue eyes wearing a while Communion dress. All original packing in tact.
This would make a wonderful gift for a girl on her first holy communion. It is fine bisque porcelain painted by hand and the clothing and accessories are hand detailed.
