    These are the original components from a customer trade-in.  The cover, filter element, and backplate assembly.  No others parts.  Just the parts shown in pics.  Some rust on the back of the cover that you can see in the pics.  No Returns.  No Refunds.  New these parts are 142.47 = 24.49(filter) + 36.49(backplate) + 81.49(cover)  We are only asking for .00 or best offer.  That's less than half of the cost.
