When use USB connection, please make sure no TF card in the camera.
Otherwise computer will define the camera as USB disk,  can't find it as new device.
For USB output, the white balance, exposure and color adjustment are automatic. They can't be adjusted.
For HDMI output, the functions can only be adjusted while connecting with monitor. If you connect the camera with computer, the functions also can not be adjusted.

If you can use the HDMI port but computer can't find the new device when connect the USB port, please check:
1. try a new USB port in PC & wait for a while
2. try a new USB cable
3. make sure there is no TF card in the camera. otherwise computer will define it as USB disk if camera has TF card.
