Imperial Fancy Colonial teal 8 inch spoon tray signed with the Imperial Iron Cross
There are areas of light roughness on opposite sides of the rim and several small nicks along the rim.  Please see pictures.This is still a very nice piece of teal Fancy Colonial glass.
Picture five shows the Imperial Iron Cross.  Also visible in this picture is a straw, a common manufacturing flaw of depression glass-this is not a crack.
