    Description

This 7 1/2" x 3" flared rim bowl has the pronounced rose pattern inside and on the exterior as well. There is no IG marking on this early piece of Imperial glass. This pressed glass (3-mold) pattern #4892B was originally shown in their 1910 - 1929 catalog reprints. The color appropriately was named rubigold since it has a heavy red iridescence over the marigold base glass. The later reissues of rose pattern bowls in several sizes were marked with the IG. This bowl remains in excellent condition with no defects found. Please enlarge and examine the photos as they are the best part of a description.
