This item in my EBAY store is an IMPERIAL "FOUR-SEVENTY-FOUR" MARIGOLD CARNIVAL GLASS MID-SIZE HANDLED WATER PITCHER. This Imperial marigold carnival glass "FOUR-SEVENTY-FOUR" mid-size water pitcher is antique glass that has survived well over 100 years of survival and because of age has now become a beautiful family heirloom piece of glass; This "FOUR-SEVENTY-FOUR" pitcher is from the Imperial Glass Company early vintage carnival glass era, this "FOUR-SEVENTY-FOUR" pitcher that I have here is NOT marked with the "IG" mark that we sometimes see on different Imperial carnival glass patterns; This "FOUR-SEVENTY-FOUR" mid-size handled water pitcher that I have here is in excellent condition having NO chips, cracks, scratches, and no glass staining; I may add that this IMPERIAL "FOUR-SEVENTY-FOUR" MARIGOLD CARNIVAL GLASS MID-SIZE HANDLED WATER PITCHER is an early IMPERIAL GLASS vintage antique carnival glass water pitcher that has been used and displayed over many years and still remains in beautiful heirloom condition; A very beautiful heirloom pitcher that is just the way this pitcher left the "IMPERIAL GLASS COMPANY";
I will also mention that this Imperial "FOUR-SEVENTY-FOUR" mid-size handled water pitcher that I have here does have those early carnival glass era characteristics of the early carnival glass making process having your stress marks, straw marks, and air bubbles sometimes seen inside the glass of early carnival glass that is also seen inside the glass of this IMPERIAL "FOUR-SEVENTY-FOUR" pitcher that I have here, these characteristics were done during the production of this beautiful pitcher and is NOT considered damage, all this info I just mentioned to you is shown in my numerous photos taken but any questions at all please e-mail me; Folks I like to photograph my carnival in natural day light, it did not matter what angle or position I photographed this mid-size handled pitcher the beautiful iridescence and COLOR can be seen in my numerous photos taken, COLOR is the major factor in buying carnival glass.........its all about the COLOR and iridescence; This IMPERIAL GLASS much sought after "FOUR-SEVENT-FOUR" pattern is shown and talked about in one of my many reference materials, one is a hard back book by, "Edwards & Carwile" a book on carnival glass, the "STANDARD
