    Description

    This auction is for a Japanese wood kokeshi doll, and measures 6.5" high.  This lady is traveling, and she is carrying her wooden ladle for water on her journey, and a hat to protect her from the sun.  She's wearing a white striped kimono, and several hair decorations.  There are no markings on the bottom, but there are a few Japanese characters on the hat.  Please see below for flaws.
    This kokeshi doll is in good condition - with some dust/dirt/age spots and natural but uneven aging of the wood - and would make a great addition to your growing collection.  White areas are camera glare.
    Please remember that this is a vintage doll that may have minor imperfections, such as dust/dirt/dings/scratches/scuffs/age spots.
    And please note the size of the doll as the pictures may make it look larger than it actually is.
