The artisan is Fukushima Tamotsu.
Made in 27th, April,1984.
This top is a spinning top that is wound and turned.
When you turn the top, the top inside comes out and turns around.
When turning, it is necessary to turn it by pressing it lightly against the floor, and it is quite difficult to adjust the force.
It is also called ufo top, so please refer to how to turn it on Youtube etc.
Since it is an old one, I think that the way the top pops out and turns is different from the current one, but it is a very unique top.
I'm not sure, but how to play this top ..
Put fukusuke on the floor, turn it, and gently lift Fukusuke.
The top that is spinning by centrifugal force turns on the floor as it is.
