This is a gorgeous ukulele…Padauk (pronounced PA-DOOK) is a beautiful hardwood from Africa. Featuring a wonderfully deep reddish brown colour, it often has hints of purple highlighting its grain. Framed beautifully with genuine mahogany binding, this is an exceptional looking Ukulele with a list of top-shelf appointments that make it exceptionally good value. As would be expected from kala, this Ukulele delivers plenty of volume and a striking, well balanced tone.
There is an under-saddle pickup controlled by an active pre-amp which sounds superb plugged in to an amplifier or PA system. It also works beautifully in recording situations.
