    Interior nonstick coating makes for easy release and cleanup time after time.*
    * I've been baking cakes for over 40 years. You must properly prepare a Bundt Cake Pan before pouring cake batter in it to bake. Make sure to wash and dry the pan thoroughly before using the pan. To coat the pan, I suggest "Wilton Cake Release" that is spread on the bottom and sides of the pan with a pastry brush before pouring in the cake batter to bake.  Another option is "
    Wilton Bake Easy" which is a Non-Stick Baking Spray with flour.
    Do not use regular cooking spray.
    Nordic Ware recommends to
    brush the pan with butter or shortening and dust with flour or cocoa to coat. If you do this, you must use a pastry brush and spread shortening generously inside the pan before dusting the pan with flour or cocoa.
    If you properly prepare the pan before baking, it will be easier to clean after use.
    Fill a Bundt pan no more than 3/4 full to avoid overflow while baking.
    Before use and after subsequent uses, hand wash the pan with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
    Do not use metal utensils, scouring pads or abrasive cleaners inside or outside the pan.
