Official BTS 2021 Muster SOWOOZOO Mini Photocard. Shipped with USPS Media Mail.
Some muster Photocards have manufacturing clear lines going down them // not noticeable, under flash it can only be seen. Please ask if more photos if wanted.
Some pcs have different coloring in background when they’re the same number Photocard. This does not mean it is unofficial, all pcs are official but manufacturing issue makes some of the backgrounds of pcs slightly different shades of each other.
Everything is shipped with no damages and in good condition. I package my items carefully with care so they are delivered to you in good condition. I cannot account for manufacturing errors of the item, but these will always be stated in the description. I will NEVER ship damaged goods unless it is clearly stated in the description.
If you have issues with your tracking, please wait until the estimated time of arrival passes before messaging me. I’ve had quite a few tracking not update until the item arrives to its destination. I will file a claim with USPS, but I usually do not get a response until after the Photocard arrives. I sincerely apologize for any of the inconvenience that may be created.
RETURNS: refunds can be done before I mail out the item. If buyer wants to process a return, the buyer will need to cover shipping costs to me. Once I receive the item back, I will process the refund. If you join a preorder, I will NOT allow refunds after you buy, unless the request is within 72 hours of your purchase. For preorders, refunds will only be given if the item comes to me damaged or if requested in the 72 hour time period.
