I‘m selling this Kent Model 554 from my personal collection!
This japanese gem was built in 1965 in Japan during Guyatone‘s heyday.
It is in great condition .
Not like  others, this one has it‘s original gold foil pickups   She's singing WILD. You can expect a big sound from the neck pickup and jingle jangle clarity from the bridge pickup. Both work but can't get to work one at a time but working on it!
Besides the bridge and the new bone nut everything else is original.
Vintage 1960s Kent Model 554 Americana guitar. It has a nice feel and a nice tone to it. This guitar is very hard to find and this one is in overall good condition. The electronics work well, action is a little high a set up would fix that. It has very small signs of fret use which is very rare for a 1960s guitar. Cosmetically it has some small scratches, indentions, signs of use/wear from age,  finish checking and awesome pitina!

Electronics Switches and Pots flushed out
Machines cleaned oiled
Body Cleaned and buffed
New set of Strings included
