Shipping
Shipments generally leave our distributor's warehouse M-F, 1PM EST.  This is not the case during holidays, eve of holidays and natural disasters.
This product is shipped via USPS or FEDEX.   We reserve the right to use a signature requirement.
We do not ship hotels/inns/motels unless you are an employee or on extended stay.
Guaranteed dates by eBay are not to be taken literally.  We do not have a way to remove this "feature".  To give you a better idea:  Florida is 2-3 transit days, Texas is 4-5 transit days, California is 6-8 transit days. Some remote locations, 8-12 business days. Transit days begin the day after the product is shipped/scanned.
If you receive a damaged item do not discard.  Take photos of the packaging and the product(if product was opened).
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.  Returns are only eligible if the item is unopened.  The cost of return shipping is to be paid for by the buyer.  We suggest FEDEX as they have the lowest damage rate of any carrier.  We do not cater to buyer's remorse, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed on returns. If you do not agree with this then don't buy the product.
