This is a Ryoji Matsuoka M40 Guitar body. I was told that it was converted to a Tertz Guitar, so it has a different neck on it.
Shorter scale than a standard guitar.
The scale length is 21 ½ “:
Body is 19” long
14 5/8 wide lower bout
11 ¼ wide upper bout
Newer hard case with it.
