    Description

    This Japanese wood kokeshi doll measures 5" tall.  On the kimono front, the artist painted 2 pretty birds resting on a bamboo branch.  This kokeshi has such a happy face, framed by reddish brown hair ribbons.  The artist signed the back of the doll in black ink, and put his red stamp/chop below the signature.  Please see below for flaws.
    This kokeshi doll is in good vintage condition - hard to find many flaws - and would make a great addition to your growing collection.  White areas are camera glare.
    Please remember that this is a vintage doll that may have minor imperfections, such as dust/dirt/dings/scratches/scuffs/age spots.
    And please note the size of the doll as the pictures may make it look larger than it actually is.
