  • Condition: This uke has been well-used. It is not an expensive piece, but it does produce pleasing music with accuracy. We show it with one string missing -- it will need new strings. The neck has been re-glued from where there was a clean break and other sections of this instrument show evidence of sound re-glueing. All of the repairs are stable. This is a functioning ukulele that is suitable for young beginners or for camping trips.

    This instrument has been well used and was never meant to be a refined piece.  It does produce pleasant and accurate music for amusement or informal situations and can serve as a first instrument for a beginner.
    We have shown it here missing a string (for which we do not have a replacement) -- the new owner will have to put new strings on it.
    The instrument has been repaired by a skilled repairman who has soundly re-glued it in a number of places.  The piece has a pleasant look despite a good number of dings from earlier handling and poor storage.
    This can be a fun instrument to have.  It does make music and it is a tough instrument to harm.
