This is a beautifully crafted all-solid koa ukulele with an ebony fretboard and bridge, hand-rubbed finish, and impeccable figuring. Koa is considered by many to be the most desirable tonewood, sought after for its unique aesthetic and enviable tone. Koa is a dense wood that will open and develop as the instrument is played, revealing softer overtones that will evolve alongside the player. This ukulele also features gold open-geared tuners built into a classic slotted headstock design, and it is fitted with fluorocarbon strings to further increase the instrument’s warmth and sustain.
