Japanese Geisha Girl Doll
It is my pleasure to present for auction items belonging to the President of the Lions International, HARRY J. ASLAN and his wife. These items have been recently acquired from a museum in Kingsburg, California and many were displayed in the museum. They were gifts to Mr. Aslan from several international dignitaries
from China to New Zealand, Australia, Philippines and beyond.
The doll was a gift from a group of Governors to Harry J.
Aslan and his wife in the mid 70's. It was on display at the museum.
You're bidding on a lovely Japanese Geisha Girl doll dressed in traditional red costume. The face and hands are porcelain and she holds a fan in her right hand. She
measures approx. 17 1/2" tall by 8" wide and is
in very good condition. The small brass plaque from the museum is included. Wonderful addition to any Asian Style Decor.
