Vintage Japanese Geisha Sakura Ningyo Doll Silk Kimono on Black Lacquered Stand

Performing Kabuki character doll, hair is a silk wig.  Face mask is made of painted stiffened fabric.  Fixed posed body made of padded cloth over a wire armature.
Doll needs some cleaning from someone with some knowledge.  I got her at an estate sale and she was not stored well.  Please enlarge my photos so you can see the flaws.  She is so beautiful.
Do not clean the painted areas of her face with water.  I learned on another doll that the paint is water soluble.
She is about 14" tall without stand
There is some type of marking in pencil on the bottom in Japanese
