    RARE GEOMETRIC PATTERN
    A pair of a Kokeshi boy and girl wearing distinctive geometric-patterned Kimono. It's not painting but made of colored-straw-like material. This kind of decoration is very rare for Kokeshi dolls.
    FROM KINOSAKI, AN OLD HOT SPRING TOWN
    Japanese writing on the bottom of the box says KINOSAKI. Kinosaki is an old hot spring area in Hyogo prefecture in Japan that has over 1300 years of history.
    There are many wooden buildings of Japanese traditional Ryokan hotels there. You may feel as if you traveled to Japan in old times.
