Vintage Nordic Ware 12 cup bundt pan.
This is the #50330 the natural color with teflon interior.
Material is formed aluminum and it's considered the jumbo fluted mold. It's not the heavy, heavy pan.
Included are the box, paper ring inside the pan and the Unusual Old World and American Recipes booklet!

Box has normal storage wear.
